Poligrip Free
Poligrip makes a variety of denture adhesive, but Poligrip Free line is known to contain zero gluten, as well as many other allergens, artificial flavoring, coloring, and zinc. Reviews of this adhesive claim it works well and has no noticeable taste.

Fixodent Complete Free
This denture adhesive contains no artificial colors, flavors, or gluten. Fixodent Complete Free has a short ingredient list of calcium/zinc PVM/MA, mineral oil, petrolatum, cellulose gum, and silica. Fixodent was highly recommended by individuals with celiac disease.

Secure
Secure is a denture adhesive free from zinc, parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil, benzene, grantrez, artificial flavors or colors. Gluten is not a component of Secure. The ingredients of this product include miglyol, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and PVA, which are all thoroughly explained on the Secure website.

Trial and Error
Almost all brands of denture adhesive do not list gluten as an ingredient, meaning that most should be gluten-free. However, no denture adhesive brands are certified gluten-free. Therefore, gluten could be a potential contaminant in the adhesive. Finding the adhesive that works for you may take trial and error. Always look for symptoms of a reaction when trying a new product.
Gluten-Free Denture Adhesive
Denture adhesives typically contain only a few ingredients and gluten usually isn't one. Polygrip Free, Fixodent Complete Free, and Secure are excellent denture adhesives that don't have gluten in the label. Although gluten isn't on the label of many denture adhesives, they still are not certified gluten-free so use caution and be aware when trying out a new brand.
